Who this policy covers

This policy applies to imaginationtoincome.com (the "Site"), the site for the Imagination to Income™ entrepreneurship pathway. It does not apply to thegeniuscode.org or any other site.

What we don't collect

• Students do not get direct access to any AI or chat tool on this Site, and nothing a student does inside a module is sent to a server. There are no chat widgets or AI calls on any page a student loads.
• Module progress, answers and any in-browser certificates or plans are saved only in the student's own browser (via localStorage/sessionStorage) and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. Clearing browser data removes them permanently.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a school or organization enrolls students, that school or organization is responsible for obtaining any parental consent required under COPPA, FERPA or similar laws before students participate.

What we do collect

When a visitor voluntarily submits the "Bring It to Your Students" contact form, we (via Netlify Forms) receive: name, role, email, phone (optional), organization name and type, city and state, students per class/cohort, number of cohorts, grade levels, modules of interest, start timeline, what students build today, an open message, and whether the visitor opted in to hear more from The Genius Code. This information is used only to respond to the inquiry and, if the visitor opted in, to share relevant updates.

Standard web server and analytics logs (such as page requests and general location/device information) may be collected automatically by our hosting and form providers as part of normal operation.

Third parties

Form submissions are processed by Netlify. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. We do not sell personal information.

To ask what information we hold about you, request deletion, or opt out of future communications, email hello@imaginationtoincome.com.

We may update this policy as the Site and program evolve. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
